ZAPPED! Was I Zapped?!???

I received in the mail 2 pin sets today

But I'm not sure if they wer a zap or a mistake?
One was on my wants list and the other is super cute.
There was no note inside, just a return address...and I don't know if I should list the person's name on here...

If it was a zap, thanks!
If not, obviously I need to send the pins back.
