Does anyone know if WDW CM can pre-order the new WDI christmas princess pin set coming out on the 22nd?

Yes, as long as they're on a "Disney" authorized computer they could pre-order them. Which by the way, the pre-order date is this Wednesday on the 17th.
 
Any Disney CM that has access to an internal Disney computer can order. Disney Store, WDW, DLR, Disney Studios, etc.
