WDW Animal Kingdom rare pin from 2011 finally discovered?

OK, so today I went on this Limited Time Magic Tour that I was selected for:

Sign Up for a Chance to Tour Backstage at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park

On the tour, we met Dr. Scott, the head of ALL of Disney's animal care and services (not just in WDW). He is the lead vet and director of all animal services. When we met him for the tour, he gave us each a special pin and said they are very rare and he never gives them out. He even told us not to trade it unless there is something extra special that we see/want.

Here is the pin he gave us. Surprisingly, it says 2011 on the back and is NOT on PinPics (as far as I have been able to tell) or eBay. It baffles me that no one else has this pin. It doesn't say Cast Exclusive, it doesn't have a LE amount, it's just generic..... and yet I can't find ANY information on it. They came in clear wrappers with the ends stapled together and had a Made In China sticker on the bag.

Has anyone seen or heard of this pin? Did I get super lucky to get this?
