WDW September Imagination Gala Event - You Is Going???
Well I thught I wasnt but now I am if only for saturday afternoon! I thought I was in trouble and had to sponsor as I am on the disney fantasy till saturday morning. Went to registr and found I can pick on on saturday Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Probaly wont get there will just before midday though. So if youa re used to trading with me I will be there about noon at the back on the satuday. I also wondered if anyone wants to trade on sunday I am not going to vynals and am probaly going to stay at the Dolphin there are lots of places in their receptiona rea we could use oposite their bar on the ground floor are tables. I dont mind hosting at all as I am going to miss a lit of opportunities to trade not being there all of the time. So can you pm me if you would be interested and we can see if I can make it happen

I'm staying at the Contemporary resort and will have to leave Saturday afternoon. Is it best to do early registration, or does that matter? I'll be there from the 1st to the 6th! (maybe a day earlier if plans free up that Sunday). I can't wait to trade with you all!
 
Whoa, I totally missed this, and we're actually going to be at WDW during it. Unfortunately, we've already made a whole bunch of plans around then... On the 5th we're going on a tour of the Everglades, the 6th is our Animal Kingdom and Spirit of Aloha day, but the 7th we will be in EPCOT. And even though I've always said I would be interested in an event if I happened to be there at the time, there isn't any merchandise I'm interested in either. The catalogue is leaving me cold.

If it were possible just to get a one-day pass for the 7th, I might consider that, but I think I'll otherwise have to sit this one out, which sucks >_<
 
Are you able to register yourself more than once? I was just wondering if I could still put myself forward to be sponsored to this event so that I can help other out as I am going, but I dont want to compromise my entries either.
 
Im going for the pin event and breakfast and im staying at my house since i live just a few mins away lol
 
Just got back from Finland and signed DH and I up - we are waitlisted for the breakfast. As we are driving down via Tennessee from New Hampshire, I think we will stay off property in Lake Buena Vista

You can only sign up once. Either by doing it yourself or by going for someone who has sponsored you. 1 RSP per body.
 

Early Registration is best, since you are already there, as it gives you another day of Trading with other Registered Event Guests & you won't have to wait in the line to pick up your Event ID and Pins on Friday morning - you can go right in at Opening.
 
I wish! If anyone would put me on their list for the simba and mufasa 'sad' pin, or that whole set, I'd be eternally greatful.

I believe that, like theme park admission, an event ticket is required for anyone who is 3+ years of age. I think that those under the age of 3 don't require either park admission or event admission, but also won't be able to participate in the event activities either (and at the event, that would include purchasing pins and filing out an RSP). I believe, regardless of age, if one wants to purchase pins at the event, one needs to have an event ticket.
 
I had all intentions of going but after going through the catalog there are only a couple of pins that I reallllly want so I'll probably just bite the bullet and pay Ebay prices for them. I'm going to be in the middle of my first semester of RN school and I doubt I'll be able to justify taking the weekend off for the event.

If I remember right, the building has a fire code capacity of 1500. With the CMs working, it's probably closer to a limit of 1400 tickets for the event. I think the last two years breakfast was limited to around 400 people.
 
We are going with a family of four and i am looking for sponsors for the 3 of us ... you will have full access to the RSP, all event gifts and i will ship out of Orlando the very next day . price would be 110 USD per person ( 140 USD event - 30 USD gift card we will get ) . Stay tuned; as the event gets closer, I will host a live chat for first time event goers. This will provide an opportunity for event newbies to have any questions asked and answered so they'll have an idea of what to expect there.
 

Me and my two boys will be there for the event and also staying at the dolphin and would love to trade on Sunday. Let me know.

Hey Winnie, the PinTalk people - mainly Brenda/PinGoddess - has a dinner planned at the Coronado Pepper Market Food Court on Thursday (Pre-Registration Day). Think it is starting around 5 or 6 PM.

We may stop by after the Registered Guest Trading Area closes at 7 PM to say "Hi!". See you there? TTFN,
