Well, I had my sewage backed up in my house yesterday (late last night), tried snaking it out till about 1 am. I called out a plumber this morning after discovering I do not have a clean out value had one installed 1400 dollars later, but on a positive note a pin I bought USPS delivered it to the wrong house and they brought it to me so I guess that made it better day.

A story with a happy ending is always good! Plumbing problems can cost so much, can't they? But happy ending anyway!!

Your story is another reason, I am glad I rent :)

Did you get a pin you wanted from the pin game? I HOPE so!

I just checked the tracking number for the Toy Story PoDM, you're right, it should be delivered (hopefully :) to your home tomorrow.

Bye for now.

Same thing happened to me a few years ago...backup and no clean out valve...after having the valve installed, they had to use a high pressure water system to remove a large tree root in the sewer line, followed by a RootX treatment...nearly $3000 :ouch:

Ouch steve, thats freaking crazy. Well when I bought a house 30 years old the technology has came a farther way. Already had my Heater, AC and Water heater replaced, and now this, and getting my house rewired since it has aluminum wire so expanding and contracting of wire can cause problems, and barely had the house for a year. I have family there in SoCal we always shipping and mailing stuff when I do not drive down once a month heheh

If this makes you feel better, we just had to have our sewer line replaced...to the tune of $9200. That takes a big bite out of the pin budget, let me tell you.
