Since it seems that there are very few- no- low edition limited releases at the park, what are good or decent traders to buy at the parks? We are attending both food and wine as well as the Halloween party? Is it worth buying the boxed sets at the Halloween party?

Thanks,
Diane

I'm still a newbie at this Pin Trading game, so hopefully someone with more experience can share their insight, too! In the past, when I found a rack pin I *really* like, I bought two- one to keep and one to trade- and I've built up a couple traders that way. Also, popular character pins in unique poses seem to trade well. Outside of that very general advice, I would recommend checking on Pin Pics. I would look up recent Halloween releases (go back a couple years) and check out the want vs trading ratios. If boxed sets from previous Halloween parties are in demand and have high "Want" values, it's possible this years boxed set will enjoy similar desirability. You could also look into the Food & Wine pins, specific characters, whatever other pins you may want to research. It's really tough to guess what makes a good trader beyond the expensive, hard to get, limited editions. I hope you enjoy your trip and find some memorable pins!

In addition to the LE pins you could try the limited release mystery pins . They sometimes trade well later .
If you see an additional Remy & Emile F&W pin I'd love to trade for one but in general unless it's a popular character (Stitch/Frozen) dated pins are harder to trade I've found .

Is that the one with the recipe card? I do have at least one extra of that.

That's the one :)
I got the Jessica one from last year and I keep meaning to try the recipe , maybe this one will be made a bit quicker
If you see anything amongst my traders then please let me know , speedwaystar1 on PinPics (PTDB is nowhere near up to date)

If you are attending the Epcot Food & Wine Festival, then I would definitely recommend picking up the Remy Hide & Squeak pins. I purchased all 6 of them yesterday and they were all traded away within 24 hours. I'm kicking myself for not buying more of them. Plus, the game itself is pretty fun, even though you don't need to actually complete the game to get the pins.
