Thing is, I DO really want it. If I didn't get it, it would be going right on to my top Grails list. I've never been one to spend crazy money on a single pin. Multiple pins, yes. Single pins, hardly ever. That's just SO much money for any non-essential item. @_@ Trying not to stress about it until the time comes.Nobody can say for sure and in the end, it is a giant gamble. Given that, IF I really wanted it, I'd buy it from the start because you never know, but if you don't really want it (like myself) I'd wait because I can see the pin going down in value afterwards, I can't see 3 years down the line it going for $150 minimum but that's just me "seeing," it may not be true >_< Considering none of the villains pictured are currently or have ever been the big thing, I doubt it'll ever skyrocket or stay high like those characters (Tink, Jessica, Stitch, Tangled).

The highest price I've ever seen for a pin & gladly purchased was the 2009 Haunted Mansion O-Pin House super jumbo pin which was released on Aug. 6th, 2009 for $175.00! It's a BEAUTIFUL big pin in a nice box!
 It's scary how much sense that makes to me. Would need its own frame though! You can class a super jumbo as a multiple pinas its the size of a couple of pins put together

LOL, $150 divided by the 4 characters that I collect works out as $37.50.You know it makes sense! Just class it as a multiple buy hehe
 You watch. I'll wrap my head around the idea of getting it, and then none of my friends will end up getting it in their RSP thing. So really, your buying 4 pins at $37.50with a couple of extra characters thrown in too
Glad that I'm not the only one who has a budget when it comes to pins. Suppose it doesn't hurt to splurge once in a while though. Its a gamble either way it could go up or it could go down. I tend to agree with what you're saying about splitting it to a four pin cost. I personally try to stay under 20 bucks a pin when I buy one but when you think of how many characters plus the size. Best of luck to you on this difficult decision! It is a really nice pin though!
 That was actually the dream once upon a time. Wanted to work at WDW. I couldn't cope with the weather over there though. It's too hot!I think your strategy should be. 1. Move to FL 2. Get a job at Disney 3. Use discount to purchase pin.
Okay, that's probably not a valid strategy. Hopefully, at one of the pin trading nights, they will have it on display before people have to submit their RSP. Then people can tell you if the size and quality is there. Considering how much DA pins or Designer Princesses can go for, or BTs which are double the edition size, and a lot smaller... spending the $150 may not be the worst thing in the world. Villains may not be en vogue right now, so the price might drop, or it might not. Villains used to be super popular...Chernabog, Maleficent Dragon in the same place...that would have been HUGE in 2003. I suspect that eventually, it will turn back around.
Lol, would be good if it was.Well of course, it is made of gold. Good thing we have Annual Passes to get that super dooper awesome discount
