The Ariel and Eric pin has sold between $45-$105 recently and has a good trade/want ratio. If you really want the pin and the trade sounds fair to you I would definitely go for it. 
Ariel is hot right now and her pins are getting harder to find...and the Jungle Book PODM has a higher edition size and will most likely be easier to find in the future if you wanted to replace it (unless you are really in love with the specific scene you have).

I'd definitely do the trade, especially if you're an Ariel collector. That Ariel is getting harder and harder to find.

As an avid PODM collector I would still make the trade for the "Kiss The Girl" pin. Most if not all Jungle Book PODM's are averaging less then $60

I would also make that trade and I'm not even a fan of that pin. Purely because, as people have said, Ariel is getting more popular. It's definitely because this year is LM's year with the 3D release coming out in September and the 2 LE dolls coming out as well. Around September is when I expect Ariel pins to pretty much peak and be ridiculously hard to find so I'm dreading the end of the year in terms of LM pins :lol:
