What'n the heck is this pin?

Hi all! Brand new newbie here.
I got this pin in a trade, and I can't find any info on it anywhere, and I'd really like to know what it is.
Ignore the fact that I'm photobombing my own picture and I had to take it on my webcam - my camera is on the fritz.

It's this fun green alien thing. I couldn't get my camera to focus on the back, but it's silver with the slight dither pattern (no Mickey imprints or anything like that). It's 2006, says "LIMITED TO 25" and 999 Happy Haunts.
I'd assumed it was some kind of Star Wars character, but it says 999 Happy Haunts on the back. My best guess is it's scrapped, but either way I'm curious.

My guess is it is scrapped, because just a couple days ago someone was posting about the same pin.
