Just wondering if there are certain days to meet up with Disney pin traders to trade pins. I went one time and saw some traders at DLR tomorrowland with tables and chairs. So is there specific days?
How do you know they want to trade because I see tons of people wearing lanyards so is there a specific area where they mostly hang out or what? What should I look for?
They'll be at the tables by the little green men, usually with books and landyards. Just go up to them and start talking really. Ask if they trade their pins and if you can look at their's. My suggestion is not to go on a busy day your first time, it can be a bit overwhelming.
Thursday is usually the day that new pins come out. LEs usually bring out a lot of traders and the tables are busy all day. I also find that just walking around the park, if I ask someone with a lanyard if they are trading they will either respond yes or no in a friendly manner and may even chat a bit even if they are not interested in trading. I often trade as much with those I find trading with cast members as I do at the tables at Green Men.
On weeekends you may also find traders at the tables next to the water between Matterhorn and Small World.
When you go up to the people at the tables by the little green men store, don't be discouraged if they aren't the friendliest bunch! I've had a couple of bad experiences, but don't let it get you down.
