I know, I am in the middle of running my first auction as well. There are so many great bids you wish you could take more than one! Maybe in your case, since you have so many, you could offer a choice of the remaining pins to the second place bidder? If I win I want one of the last two I think. My mind has changed a time or two but that is where it is right now... LOL Just a thought...
