Some of my stitch collection, I'm aware some of the TsumTsums and other items are counterfeit but 95% of it is genuine from the parks or Disney store.

These are amazing...I have to ask, do you Insure these collections, also related to pins I know some folks have considerable amount invested into collection. I’m seriously floored by these photos though, wow!

My collection seems to keep growing without me trying...















This does not include my growing art collection, the Mickey hot wheels from last year, or my massive purse collection. I also have a lot of journals and mugs just sitting in boxes. My Christmas and Halloween stuff is also currently packed away. I've got more Marvel stuff just sitting in the box. Should probably go through my collection...

Here's my Lion King collection, haha!

There's another 11 plastic containers like the ones in the picture, and 5 quite large cardboard boxes (bigger then these plastic ones).
All is in storage, as I moved countries 2 years ago, and until we find an appartment of our own, all this will remain in boxes *sigh* (about 2000 items).

 

Hope you find a nice place soon and can unpack and show us your wonderful collection while on display

 

Thanks. I hope so too! We almost moved 4-5 months ago, but then stuff happened and we had to cancel all those plans, would have had an entire spare room for all my things
Oh well, my dad was being all fatherly-like telling me that one day we will find a place just like that again. *fingers crossed*

This collection is awe-inspiring and the reorg looks great! If you weren't such a nice bot, I'd kinda hate you a little.

 

I'm not sure if this is the right place, because it's not exactly merchandise (though I have to pay a minimum of $25 for some of them for credit), but I started a new collection of GIFT CARDS! I've gotten some here and there, but we generally use gift cards when we go to Disney and there have been so many fun ones!

I recently started "buying" them off ShopDisney since we haven't been able to go to the parks. Those are the ones that are minimum $25 in credit each. What I hadn't realized was that when you buy them, they come with a matching (greeting) card. Too cool!

So, I started up a 3 ring binder of the newest ones. I have to figure out where I put my older ones. I put the cards into baseball card pages for now - I ordered some business card sleeves that they should fit into better - and put the greeting-type cards into recipe card holders.

When they dropped that huge bomb of new GC styles on ShopDisney a couple months ago, there were so many I was tempted to order so that I could keep the card, hahaha. What a great idea to gather them together like this!

 

Thanks! It works out great! It's money/credit that I will use and I transfer the balances from the cards to a single one so I won't be using 6 cards for a $135 purchase.

Figured if anyone would appreciate my collection it would be you guys. I’ve been collecting Disney VHS tapes (among many other things that I just don’t have pictures of right now) for a few years now. I lost most of my original collection when our basement flooded many years ago, so I had to start fresh with only my Lion King tapes to build on. I collect them for sentimental value and nostalgia. I even have a functional VCR to watch them every once in a while
