Bidding masterpiece artwork on pins??

Hello everyone... I was thinking the other day I been reading the boards more lately (now that I have more time)
and have notice that. that most of you are pretty good with drawing and coloring even making (etc).

So if I held an auction later would it be odd to accept art as bids? or has this done before? I guess I would list what I'm looking for,

It's been done before so if you want to accept art as bids, no worries In fact, I find it's quite popular for people to accept art as bids or auction off art itself.

I have done auctions that I only accepted art for bids. It is a lot of fun. I have a really nice size file of artwork that members here have done. Go for it!!!

When I did it I gave people a theme (Mulan is what I did for one of them) and then they gave me ideas of what there were doing. Because art can take time to make, I just asked for a description of what they were doing. Also allow your auction to go longer then normal. I did a 2 week (if I remember correctly) auction where as I would never do a pin auction for that length of time.
