Hello everyone! Thought I'd stop by and actually introduce myself instead of just lurking around. :) My name is Lucy, mother of 4 ages 7-17. I grew up watching Disney movies and I believe this is where my love for Disney is rooted. I love watching and rewatching all the movies with my kids...my hubby thinks I'm crazy and act younger than my kids when it comes to Disney. As far as what I collect, well it's pretty much everything and anything I like! Snowglobes, dolls, figurines, mugs, pins, journals, beanies, Tsum Tsums, plushes...
The sad part is not having enough space for it all! I'm happy to find a place where I can share my love of Disney with people who understand. lol I enjoy looking at everyone's pictures and reading about everyone's collections as well as how we all hunt for stuff and help each other out in doing so. I look forward to talking to you all in the discussion threads!
 
I'm afraid my pin collection is not as great as my other collectibles, to be honest I don't really know much about them. If I see one on Disney that I like I'll pick it up, just a matter of whether I like the character or pose. I am completely lost as to how and where people buy pins that aren't online on Disney.

Forums such as DPF, social media sites (Facebook, Instagram) and online on eBay.
 
There are oodles of FB "communities" where you can find knowledgeable people willing to sell or trade. There are also a few sites out there where you can learn a bit about fakes, scrappers etc ... always good to have s bit of info in that regard ...
