Hi everyone! I thought since I've been on the forum for a while, it was time to 'officially' show you my pin collection. I started collecting in 2008 when I went to WDW with my family. I hadn't heard of pin trading up until then, and I only really noticed it because we stayed on Disney property that time. During my first day at the All star sports resort, I waltzed into the gift shop and looked at all of the pins. I thought to myself "Maybe I'll get one or two", well we can guess how that went... :lol: I came home with around 20 pins and I even got my parents started on pin-trading. I was 12, so I could still trade with the cast members with the (I want to say) green(?) lanyards and I practically tackled them, so they would trade with me. Haha.

I bought three pins from disneyshopping.com since the trip and really didn't get into pin trading anymore since I was not at Disney anymore. Then I wandered on here looking for information about the Designer Villains line and the LE Cinderella doll and found my way back into pin trading. And I found out that compared to the rest of you my collection is pitiful.. lol.


Anyways. Here are my pins. :) The NYC subway pin is signed on the back by the artist who designed it at the old Disney store in NY before it moved to Times Square.

I got 3 new ones since I joined the board that are here ( 4 more on the way soon); a Tangled PODM via Crushedbubbles, the Under the sea journey of the little mermaid cast member stained glass pin and the Ariel fins to feet spinner.

Ariel is my favorite Princess and Disney Character and The Little Mermaid is my ABSOLUTE favorite movie. :D

I can't wait to get some more Ariel pins, Tangled pins and some Beauty and the Beast pins to add to my collection! Thanks for looking! Oh and I know there is one pin on here that is not Disney, but I like it a lot and its an Abraham Lincoln hat and quote, so its staying. :)

Nice pins! I like a lot of your pins for trade. Let me know sometime if you see anything on my traders that you like. I know I dont have anything now, but you never know. Hope you continue to have a fun time on here!

Thank you! :) Ariel is my number 1! :D That cast member Pin is slowly creeping it's way up to being my favorite Ariel pin that I own. It's really close to the Ariel dangle pin I have. I'll add the Beauty and the beast cast member pin to this thread once it arrives. It should be here on Monday. :)

I love them both, but I think the Little mermaid pin is my favorite of the two. They are both extremely gorgeous pins, though. They are definitely my new favorites! :bigthumb: :cheshire:
