I'm sure this has already been asked and answered a thousand times but here it goes anyway: I known what a fantasy pin is but how are they made or commissioned and what is the usual edition size? A little general information would be helpful in making purchasing decisions. Also if this is posted else where on DPF could someone please direct me to the correct location.

Hi, I will give you what I know. When pin trading was new, a lot of people had great ideas for pins. So they took those ideas and contacted people who make custom pins and had them produced. It seems most of the pins I have had and seen are limited to usually between 100 and 300. As for what they are worth, a lot depends who is depicted on the pin. Tink and Jessica rabbit seem to be some of the most popular. I have never personally paid more then 10.00 for a fantasy pin, but that was years ago when it was new. Hope this helps.

Hi Jason, I am pretty easy on what I will trade for. Mostly depends on which pins you are interested in. If you let me know which pins you might like it would be easier to give an answer.
