"Due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding production, Item #15 For Every Laugh There’s a Tear pin set has been removed from the Imagination Gala merchandise offering. Remaining items in the catalog will keep their original product number."
 
Star Wars weekends had the starships set delayed for 2 months but they still will produce it. Sounds like this one will not happen.
