Hello everyone! My name is Shanley and I'm 22 years old - I just celebrated my first birthday in Disneyland! :hsd:

I'm from Northern California so I've been to Disneyland pretty much every spring and/or summer, but this is the first year my boyfriend and I got annual passes so we're planning on going a lot more frequently.

I always saw Pin Trading carts around the park, but I never had the time or interest to really look into what it was all about. However, we just stayed at the park for a whole week and now we're hooked!

I am new to pin trading so I thought I should introduce myself...:wavey:
I would love to collect some really cool pins as well as meet other avid Disney lovers !!

Hehe I'm glad I can never resist them!

I'm fairly new to Pin Trading too but I've started to collect Tangled, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty & The Beast, and Roo Pins! (I know Roo is kind of odd thrown in there with those three aha!)

Do you know what you want to collect/started to collect yet :D?

I'm not sure quite yet..I've found a few that I REALLY like but they tend to be all over the place. I keep finding myself attracted to the movies I grew up with, princesses, and some Villains. I'm scared to start collecting a set because once I do I don't know if I can stop haha :anxious:

Hehe I totally understand your worries! To be honest when we used to go to the parks I was like "Pft Pins. What a waste of money" Then my Dad bought me one, then a couple of trips later I decided I needed a Rapunzel one and I've been addicted to buying and even just looking at them ever since - it is hard to restrain yourself tehe. :lol:


also I love those pins! :O Especially the Beggar Woman one. I can see why you want them!

Well my nearest park is Disneyland Paris. I haven't been there for a while but I'm hoping to return next year. Its a really great theme park! I've also been to Walt Disney World twice and really loved it there... I hope one day I can visit again.... or maybe even visit Disneyland!

My boyfriend and I really wanna save up to go to Disneyland Paris! I've only ever been to Disneyland but it is awesome, you should go!
