how to change personal photo?

Im new and for the life of me cant figure out how to change my photo lol can anyone offer me some guidance?

Do you want your avatar on the left or a siggy on your posts when you do post like I have ??

Go to Setting then on the left handside they'll be a few options click the one that says Edit Avatar.

Then basically load up one you have on your computer
