So, it's not *official* yet because we're still in the inspection period and are making sure that this is the one we want, but, GUYS. WE'RE BUYING A HOUSE!!!

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

I'm looking forward to giving a big update post once we're in official escrow; we're under a contract for a house but we're in price negotiations because condition wasn't what we expected. If negotiations go south than we'll be back to square one, but if we can work out a price than after SIX AND A HALF YEARS of living in SoCal (with my parents), we'll be packing off to northern Oregon!

All that to say, we have a lot of expenses right now not the least of which is I actually get to furnish an entire nursery, not just the half of our bedroom where the crib and changing table are.

So I went through my collections and pulled a few pins (mostly Alice and Dalmatians) and added them to my sale. All proceeds from this sale will go towards helping us move and furnishing Rowan's bedroom! I may be attempting to run another pin game in future, but for now here's what I have:
