PinFanatic, you are right to find his explanation "fishy". It is really, probably, 1 of 2 things: either the packs were stolen from Disney OR the "auction" is by people selling the "extra" Disney pins made at the factory that go out the back door instead of to Disney. There is a VERY lucrative business in China of the factories making many more of the Disney products and selling them to Chinese middlemen who then sell on Auction sites or directly to US buyers. These are genuine Disney pins on genuine Disney cards or in Packs - just not delivered to Disney. It's so sad to see how an innocent Collecting hobby has, over the years, turned into a money making machine with all these "swindlers" taking advantage.
