I’m fairly certain none of the 2019 completers have been released. I haven’t come across any for this year so far that are completers.

Those were delayed 2018 hidden mickey pins so Disney released all of them at the same time on CM lanyards...after putting the first half in packs you had to buy for about a month before the release on CM lanyards.

Typically (except for the crazy late release of the 2018 hidden mickey pins), completer pins are released one year after the release onto CM lanayrds.
