What people have been mentioning here are actually not rumors as thread posts don't lie. You've done some sketchy things around the forum since I've jumped aboard last month and I've tried and tried to be nice to you and still treat you as if you've never offended me or others (although you have as you can see this laundry list of people with something to say), but you never seem to care about anything but yourself.

Which leads me to your BOLDED WRITING of treating others as you'd like to be treated. This thread was started because you were/still are being unethical (probably too big a word for you to understand) in how you present yourself here on DPF. You cheat people, you lie to people, you go behind their backs (which you've done all 3 of those to me in the span of 2 weeks) and yet you have the audacity (yes another big word) to say treat others as you'd like to be treated. So now that people are finally venting their frustrations with how you've mis-treated them/other forum members you can't accept this talk cause you feel like you're being singled out/mis-treated/made to look like a fool when you've done this to many of us (from other people's posts)? That is such bull crap and you really need to think before you type something or act.

I'm not usually one to jump on the bandwagon because I've been unfairly bashed in the past, but these seem to be valid concerns. I saw how this person ran their trade auction. First they said that 'disneylanddan' was the leader, then when the auction ended they said that person was the winner, but that person never even placed a bid. Then they went back and said oh no, that's my friend and he fell asleep so he couldn't bid. Well then how was he the leader? tinkerbellfan, you've done nothing to address any of the issues that are being brought up. I understand defending yourself against unnecessary mud slinging, but in this case I think people just want answers as to your behavior and dishonesty.

We do not need the drama. I have purchased pins from this person 2 times never had a problem getting them, no have not bid on any auctions so don't know much about them just to see them posted here.

So please keep the fighting to yourselves in PM please

Wow, go away for the evening and drama just blows up around you. After reading all of this, I'm starting to feel like I actually WON when my bid wasn't picked!

I see that this issue has been brought to the moderators' attention. I would respectfully ask the moderators to carefully watch his next auction which is scheduled to end tomorrow. Thank you.

I agree. Funny how when it starts there is no name bashing, just someone wanting a mod. I think the opening was spot on and did not blast someone into Northern China. And then the name comes out, and so does being civil.

But you know, when you slam someone for something they earned, I do not believe it is slamming. It is calling a spade a spade.
 
setting up an auction and then declaring somebody who never bid the winner sounds like something called fraud to me. better be careful.
 
I do want to point out that I have dealt with tinkerbellfan117. Once here (where I bought a pin) and a few times on ebay. The packaging of the pins was fine. My only complaint was failure to leave feedback :P
 
No Bueno!!! Puts a damper in the forum, autions and trading! :( And since no names were mentioned and the person it was about knew it was about them, I do not feel it is bashing and this peraon is OBVIOUSLY guilty!!! And has NO good defense to boot!!! And if the person won't reply to PMs why would people keep PMing him to resolve, that obviously is getting people no where since said person doesn't reply or reploes not answering the questions asked!!! Poor example of a DPF member in my opinion! And THAT is what's sad to me!
 
have to agree with Starry feed back has not been left checked my feed back and the 2 transactions with him I have left feed back but none from him well it is what it is some leave feedback others don't but if you trade or sell to someone it should be done just courtesy to fellow traders
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if this supposed person that won the auction didn't bid because they fell asleep, how on earth did they win . A bid needs to be seen by everyone bidding .
And by the way tb117, I knew exactly whom they were talking about before you were called out . Actually, you blew yourself out of the water when you responded .
Do the right thing and pick a winner that actually bid . Play by the rules or not at all .

WOW! Bad behavior is not corrected by more bad behavior. There are better solutions, I would think, than airing ones grievances in open forum. I understand feeling that you are beating your head against a brick wall, but my suggestion would be to write a Mod that is in charge of the Auction board. Keep writing them until your concerns are addressed. If they write back and choose not to address them it is their choice. They run the site and they can choose to run it as they choose to. We do not have to all agree but we do all have to accept what they choose to do. None of us want the rantings of the few, no matter if they are justified or not, to represent the many. It should be a process not a rant. OK, stepping down from my soapbox now.

And that is why rules were set up. They're not hard to follow and easy to read. I woke up this morning and saw this thread and thought, "this looks interesting!" That was a very shady trade auction. No updates on the leader board and an unclear ending. While I do think that the mods should take some action, I also think that it is good that this was made known to us other DPF members. I would find it a bit odd if someone was banned or punished and no reason was made known.
