I am going to Epcot tomorrow and was wondering if it is worth lugging my pins in for the trading tables at the pin station. Do you think with Test Track out if that will change if people trade or not? Thanks!

But anyways, I traded with just CM when I went in June, and ended up with some nice pins:)
 
In my opinion, no. I've never found the trading at the tables at Epcot worthy of lugging pins into the park. Instead, I think your time would be much better spent going on ... and I know, being a pin trader, this might come as a surprise to you ... these things called attractions and, since you're in Epcot, walking around the World Showcase and visiting the different pavilions. I would bring a pins for trading onto cast member lanyards, but that's about it.

I think that, with Test Track still being down, people either will visit other popular attractions (Soarin' and Mission: Space come to mind), walk the World Showcase, or will just go to another park. I don't think they'll default to pin trading at the tables, sorry, especially since I think those most likely to be at the tables in the first place are locals.
 
I was there today. There was one trader set up before the rains came. I have some le's with me in the hotel. If anyones going to be in magic kingdom tuesday, epcot wednesday, or hollywood studios thursday, pm me.
 
we had a few ok experiences, one really bad afternoon and one fantastic evening in the rain...

It so depends on who shows up. the fantastic wet evening we were there and this guy came over looked through our stuff and asked if we were around for a while. he comes back with his book and we did a TON of LE trades... but that is not the norm..

From my experience, don't waste your time. On the off chance that there is actually someone there trading, you would be better off exchanging contacts with them and meeting up with them again during your trip at a hotel or something. I make trips to WDW about 5 times a year, and have only run into traders at the tables a few times. The last time I saw someone was the day before the last PTN.

This is very true. The only reason I ever lug my pins along is if I know somebody is going to be there...
 
I will be at Epcot with LE's trading on Sat 24th, Sun 25 August and Sat 1st and Sun 2nd Sept anyone interested please let me know. Should be there from 2.00pm till 5.00pm on all four days but if anyone cannot make these times contact me and I will try and organise something.
