Does this imply new pin releases will now be on Wednesday/Thursday night instead of the previous Sunday/Monday night? The UK store recently announced they were moving their pin releases to Thursday mornings at 9am and the LE parks releases are mostly Thursdays too...

What does everyone think about the disneystore.com redesigned website (again)? I found the checkout process a little more difficult (especially the payment section where it didn't recall my saved information)...
 
I'm too new to know what it used to be like, but I am very interested in finding out how it's going to work too. If anyone has any confirmation, that would be great.
 
I didn't like it all when I wound up getting charged for shipping since there was no place to enter the free shipping code. Steve, I agree that it didn't save my information and that was time consuming. It also seems to take longer to load. Maybe they fixed it so it doesn't crash anymore. One can only hope.
 
OMG, getting the Frankenweenie pins was a nightmare. Had everything in the cart, made it thru shipping and billing address and then CC#, then when you click "place order" or whatever it's called, it just sits there. Had to call in and got a very friendly woman from the South with thick accent, but did not have time for the standard procedure. Gave her my user name and pw and she found my order, though the quantities had reset to 1. Had to fix that. Read CC# again. Sorry, you wanted 1 each? NO, 2 each. Need your CC# again. Is your billing address the same as your shipping? NO! Sorry, need your CC# again. Woops, it says billing address does not match card address. How the H#@l would Disney know that? Override it, because it's correct! OK, so your total is $xxxx. Umm, no, that's too low. It is? Oh sorry, my screen hadn't refreshed yet. OK, now your total is $xxx. Whoa, that's too high! Sorry, let me refresh again. OK, there's your correct total.

All the while, I'm now late for a Dr. appt and trying to run out the door on the cell AND figure out how to sneak-talk on it while driving out of my condo complex. I was so stressed by the time I got to my 10am Saturday appt!

But, pins have arrived :)
 
I am trying the new checkout and it is a disaster.

I have been fighting with this new web for 10 minutes from my iPad.
The old one was no problem.
 
I hated the format. It takes forever to find things. Then I typed in FREESHIP and spent half the night reading that the code was not valid. I finally gave up and did not buy the one item I wanted.
 
I hate the new DS site. Don't know WHY they think update is more helpful. Have to type in "pins" everytime to see them :(
 
Fight back people!!! Don't buy anything!! Disney doesn't care how much of a pain it is for you, don't care if you get your discounts/coupon codes in, ect... As long as you are willing to spend your money. They'll just keep on, keeping on.
