Hello everyone, i hope everyone had a good holiday. I am on a hunt for a person who can fix pins. Right before the holidays my brothers favorite pin dropped and broke and he was very upset. Now does anyone know someone who can fix it? He doesnt want to have to buy a new one and the jewerly stores said they wouldn't do it. :( So please if you know someone or a place pretty please PM or reply to this thread. Thank you so much.:anxious::eek2:

Gorilla glue is the bomb! If you do it right, you can't even tell its been glued!

i had seen a thread like this before and a lot of people knew a guy who would fix broken posts. but now i guess they dont..? LOL

If the post snapped off from the base, JB Weld works as well. You will probably see the repair, but if it's a keeper, no biggie.

There is a guy at DLR that can fix pins. I don't think he is on DPF. You would have to arrange to ship it out to someone and they could get it to him. He usually just does it as a trade for pins. I have seen repairs he did on both HTF Stitch pins and PODMs. You really could not tell.

So if you could tell me the pin I could ask him. I don't know your location, but you would have to be willing to send it to California.
