Being Sponsored

I am being sponsored on Friday the 13th. I have never been sponsored and the person sponsoring me has never been to a pin event. Can anyone please tell me how to tell her to fill out the registration.
This was my thought. She puts in my name first as attendee, but when she gets to the paying portion
She would put in her credit card info
Name on Card & Billing Address
And her
Email address
Then she gets her registration code and adds that code when ordering from catalog.
Am I correct?

Oh, they will probably need your address for the attendee part of the form..
