Please help me ID these pins

I got these 2 pins from a small collection I bought over the weekend. 2 however, I couldn't ID and can't seem to find them on PinPics. Any help would be appreciated...

Small, 3D, with a regular, straight pin type back. The post is a little longer than most, making me think it either went on a hat, tie or CM name tag. It's stamped Disney on the bottom

This one is about an inch and a half tall, depicts Mulan and stamped Disney on the back

:facepalm: You don't know how long I searched for the ear hat one the other day. I normally fancy myself for being pretty good at finding just about anything on PinPics, I have been humbled. Thank you so much.

Not sure about Mulan yet. I've never seen anything like this one.

You gave me the hint to find the ear hat, you mentioned the longer post so I looked up tie tack.

The Mulan pin is the same artwork as the UK advance release movie poster, and I think they used that same artwork for the Japanese advance release poster. That may help you find it.
