I LOVE the Ursula pin! If anyone gets it and wants to trade, please let me know. It would be amazing in our collection!!!
 
I've just spoken with someone who purchased 25 of the Expo mystery boxes and he said that there were no chasers of the character pins (Ursula, Lumiere, Mater, Rapunzel/Flynn, etc.) in any of his haul ... Do we know that there are variants or chasers of these character pins yet? Or is it too early to know, you think? With 25 boxes and ten styles of pins I guess I would have expected he got at least ONE chaser or variant if they existed, but what do I know?? I am terrible at statistics. :)

IF there are variants or chasers, I wonder what they'll look like...

The chasers are a d23 shopping bag and the other is a flag. No character or anything. Out of 25 boxes out group didn't get any variants... So no clue about those.

Nice, thanks for your input. I wanted to be sure I wasn't going totally crazy. Back when these were announced I swear people were talking about each character pin having like, two chasers or variants which seemed a bit excessive to me. I guess now we wait and see if any surprises come out of those blind boxes.

Regardless I think the pins are really cute and now that I've seen some real pictures of them on eBay, I like them a lot. The glitter element backgrounds definitely helps make a difference, and Rapunzel's face is only moderately derpy. :lol:

Hahahaa I know :D that's what I said when I opened the pack and looked at them. First reaction "oh her face isn't as bad as I planned" haha. The glittery background helps and I always love a rapunzel pin with Flynn wrapped in hair. :) always thought that was such a cute pose for a pin.

It's really, really sad when we have to brace ourselves for bad Rapunzel faces on our pins. LOL! Luckily, I don't know that it could get any worse than ZOMBIE!Rapunzel on her carousel horse. I finally saw the couples pins up close, and their faces look great on those, but the one that I think steals the show is Belle. Her face is really stunning from what I can see!
 
Does anyone have the Andre and Wally B pixar mystery pin for trade I have Burn E and the Alien from lifted for trade and Mater D23 one please let me know I'll be at D23 on Saturday also thanks.
 
Not sure if anyone mentioned, but I'm in wdw right now and have seen the pixar mystery short pins in multiple locations
 
I know that we were supposed to get the D23 Pixar short mystery boxes at DLR, but I haven't worked a location that has pins since the expo so I don't know if they are there. I'm working at one today, so I'll check and see if we have them.

Also, I checked disneypins.com and it said the Pixar short mystery pins would be at WDW aug. 15th
