my dolls went through and got a confirmation email but iam not holding my breath!!! and shipping was absolutely shocking :(
 
Does anyone even know how they are going to sell the dolls?? Is it a raffle situation again?? I'm really bummed over the dolls being sold out....I don't wanna go through a raffle every 2 weeks, considering I will be back in school when the 4 remaining sets, after Snow are released....
 
I really hope getting the couples individually won't be too difficult. I have to have the Ariel & Eric set. I'm going to try to get them in-store and if that fails I will order them online. Hopefully it won't come to that. Another two months to go. I hope everyone manages to get what they want when all is said and done.
 
This is so upsetting. Now I have to wait up until 3:00 A.M. five more times? On the prayer that I might check-out in time? And that it will go through and not be cancelled? There is no way I can even get to a Disney store the day before either without flunking college...

For a place that is supposed to make dreams come true, these things sure can be a nightmare...

I got a set! It glitched as i submitted the transaction then i got a confirmation email right after so i think i'm good. I'm sorry if people weren't able to get them. It was very scary waiting for them it is quite strange that it sold out this fast but maybe it was a glitch.
 
I ordered the pins and all the mugs didn't want to preorder the dolls since I only want belle and rapunzel. But I wouldn't be surprised if my pin order was cancelled, oh that dreaded call. If the pin set was meant to be online, then I believe I should get one, considering it was the first thing I purchased then returned after for the mugs

They're going to be a raffle; it says so on the little pamphlet the Disney Stores are giving out to advertise the dolls.
 
This is dollmageddon: the second coming. At least the dang website didn't crash. Anyone remember this...?

I am totally bummed. I refreshed the site continually, and when it finally refreshed with all the designer merchandise, it said the dolls were sold out.
 
Honestly, none of us will know if our orders for pins and dolls will even go through until we get a shipping notification. After what happened with the whole China Girl situation, all I can do is keep my fingers crossed
 
I don't know if they still up yet on app, but I saw a person on Facebook saying they bought on the phone, and they were still available to purchase. I had time to install the app and buy through my phone, and I just got my confirmation number.
 
I hate to dampen the mood, but even if they let you order on the app, I'm sure they're going to get a call tomorrow. If the website said sold out three minutes after it was posted, I am sure that purchasing them on the app thirty minutes later is the longest shot in the whole world.
 
Take a look at your orders. My pin order status says closed. I think the pins were not available. Or if any were they sold out iimmediately. Too bad, I was more excited at the chance of owning this set than anything. I love this pin set and the way they display them. At least I had the heads up they might not be available so it wasn't a big surprise.

Tragically, yes I do.

That day was a nightmare. I was screaming at my computer. I am normally fairly calm and go with the flow type, but I lost it. I had already gone through the fiasco experience at the store the day before and walked away empty handed then. I cried that in-store day, I was so upset. The website release day, then I was just mad as anything. And my blood pressure was up.

By some miracle I got all 5 that day, thanks to two separate orders, 2 in the first, 3 in the second. They tried to cancel the first order because they had a glitch in their website (surprise, surprise...) with it not saving my CC info. Back then the Disney Store President had twitter, and I contacted him and he fixed it. Mercifully.
