Next DSF Releases?

I'm already starting to get prepared for the 2nd Annual Birthday Trip to DSF Extravaganza! I was wondering if anyone knew what releases were coming Sept. Oct. or Nov.! Maybe they were release at a thing? I need to know so I can plan for which release I want to go to!

I don't think they've posted the release schedule yet for anything beyond August. September should be out soon though. You can bet that whichever movie Disney releases there will be marquee pins etc for them.

Angel (Pin-a-Coloda) posted that he heard the flyer for September will be posted next week. Of course, that could change for whatever reason so just look for it on the Soda Fountain Facebook Page.

Also, no one knows the sale dates or what pins are being sold until the flyer is released. Flyers are released a week or two before each month so look for October's flyer in September and November's flyer in October. Usually the movies that are released at the El Capitan help in guessing which pins will be sold at the store but you'll never know for sure until the flyer comes out. Follow some of the DSF release threads because some people have excellent speculation skills. :lol:

Looked at the movie releases...
November has
Thor (Marvel Pins probably, decently popular)
And
FROZEN. (Totally forgot about this movie, probably great pins, very nice)

no flyer yet, they go month by month. however I do know that El Capitan is playing these movies, opening on these dates, and the chances of a dsf release occurring with them is likely...

TLM 3D Sept 27
NBC 4D Oct 11th ((yes 4D, the poster said real snow and fog and smells in the theatre))
Thor Nov 8th
Frozen Nov 27

I doubt Frozen will have any pin releases at DSF until November... right? Or will they just try and milk it as much as possible pin-wise? lol

I doubt they'll have any pins until November. I don't think DSF has ever (as far as I can recall) released a lot of pins of the movie BEFORE their release date (I'm talking about months before, not weeks), but after it comes out they are free to milk it as much as they want ^_^

Thought so. lol. Thought it would be a bit odd to release the pins before the movie... or at least quite a bit before the movie is released anyhow.

They did this last year... It's an interesting way to watch a movie, and it's fun since you've seen the movie 100 times before. But when they do the fog, it blocks half the screen, especially if you are in the lower sections. Hopefully they have a fan system of some kind to blow that out once the scene that needs it is finished (otherwise it just lingers for a while... Sort of like a fog. Go figure... ) If I had never seen the movie before, I'd be annoyed that I couldn't actually see the screen...
