Out of curiosity, those that are slated to receive her on Friday, are you on the east cost, west coast? My information has not updated and I still cannot see when she will be delivered:( At least I know she is coming soon, I am just so anxious ;D

West Coast (Oregon) and scheduled delivery for October 2nd!
 
Im in NE and just got the email. Says its scheduled for delivery on Monday. Cant wait.

On another note, I got an email from the SM of my closest DS. They havent gotten the dolls, but she said they are getting in Ursula and Eric and they will be available first come, first serve right when they open at 10AM. I was planning on going to a store further away (two hour drive) so I could also get Belle/Beast.
 
For all of you who already have the tracking information, is your package being shipped through ups or usps? My information is still not coming up and says it the link is broken or expired :(

I am east coast scheduled to receive mine Friday :) mine says rescheduled date as well- but it's still Friday so I'm not worried! I'm excited!!

I think Disney uses UPS only so it should work on UPS. If you click on the tracking details on the email it should take you there directly.

This is what I thought too. I don't remember them ever using anything other than ups, however, my confirmation email says that my packages were shipped through usps. Very odd. I just really, really want to know when I will receive my doll.
 
ugh im freaking out cuz im having so many problems with her!!! why!!!!?!?!?its not like she'snot my favorite or anything -_- first there was a problem with the card (my mom's card was reported lost so she got a new one oops our fault thought it was fixed when i called) then today they called me again saying there was an issue and turns out they out down the wrong expiration date -________- so i hope now everything gets all sorted out!

Crossing my finger for you guppy! How frustrating, I would be in tears myself if anything happened. Everything will turn out ok, lets think positive and bring in good vibes :)
 
I'm concerned with the shipping for mine... I got the email confirmations and everything, but I can't track any of the packages, it says the information is not available or something! Is anyone else having this problem? I'm not too worried because it says shipped and my account was charged... but I'm just SO IMPATIENT! I hope she comes by Monday, if not sooner! I'm auditioning for a show that night, so it would be a great treat and motivation! :) Plus, I'll have a very long night ahead of me, waking up at 3:00 AM and trying to get Ursula and Eric online, and then driving an hour away to try and pick up Ursula and Eric. For those who have gone in store before for "surprise" releases, is there usually a long line? What time do you think it is best to get there? I don't want to go too early and be tired for the rest of the day because of no sleep, but I don't want to go too late and end up being just out of reach. :(

I think the simple fact that they called you to get the correct expiration number indicates that they are taking care of you and making sure you have the chance to claim your doll. I hope it all works out!
 
I just received my email. My beautiful doll Ariel left for France and Paris .. I'm so happy. I hope to receive it Tuesday :)
 
i hope you will all post the pictures as soon as you get them. Because I'm still undecided about getting her or not. So your pictures will help me ^^

Thanks! I hope so too! They were really nice about it, although they had no idea what the problem was so we had to guess lol!

Have you called the Disney Store. It could give you peace of mind or at least give you the chance to fix whatever problems there might be and make sure you get your doll. If there are any reserves for returns or quality control, they could make sure you get the doll you are due or at least find her for you.
 
Did you say you were located outside the US? If so I would not worry too much. I also have one that I ordered to come directly to me here in Australia saying that it is still active. I read here on the forum that they were going to start sending them out on Wednesday and Thursday so it should be shipped out tomorrow. By the sounds of it they did all the domestic orders first and then the international ones will be tomorrow.

i also ordered another and had it shipped to my address in the US and that one says it has been shipped. I would be more worried if the international orders are processed and shipped and yet your order is still in the active status but you should expect it to have the tracking details by tomorrow.

Thanks for letting me know. I am outside the US (Canada), so I think they may be the reason. I don't think I'm going to be calm until I get that shipping notice...

I have a plea for the members of the forum, if you are outside the USA, can you please post when you get your shipping notice and/or tracking number? That way I know when to call in if I still don't see anything. Thanks!

Thank you, I will give that a try. I have 2 tracking numbers, one finally says departed from TN, but does not give me an arrival date. I just hope its the doll. I will call them either way. I just want my baby in my hands :hs::hs:
