I notice a few such as LittleMermaidAriel's case wherein they have shipped both items but only provided one tracking number, maybe the tracking number relates to the doll as they don't provide tracking for the bluray which would be the one they sent with USPS? Not sure but that might be a possibility as to why the other number is not working as it is not track able but is just more of a reference? You could always try giving usps a call and quote them the reference and see what they say.

Mine says "closed" but I have two separate tracking numbers. My Blu-Ray and my Doll are coming separate. Both of mine are coming UPS....when I ordered Ariel my confirmation e-mail said that the doll could ship out as late as October 1st. I just noticed this and got to thinking that those without confirmation e-mails may just be a day or two behind the other shipments. They may have done the international shipments later than the less complicated domestic ones. Anyways, I do hope it works out for everyone!
 
For my part, my doll in court delivery. I received the email and on the website it ups it is in transit to France.
 
Oh. My. God! I had a weird realistic dream about the 1st today. I was SO tired after a long day that I just passed out once I touched my bed. When I woke up this morning for work, I thought it was the first and had slept a couple of hours past the release time. Upon looking at the date...I just hit the snooze button. GAH! I need it to be the 1st already!!
 
Alot of y'all are really stressing out.... I think everyone will get their dolls. And if we don't, yes it will be a little disheartening, but we will make it....won't we? Some of the posts I've read over the last 24 hours sound nearly manic. Life is too short to stress so much over dolls :) not being mean, just reminding folks - with or without the dolls in our possession, the sun will still rise! Chin up friends! :)
 
Well friends I think my Ariel is supposed to arrive today, but since the link will not tell me an arrival date, I really don't know what to expect. As jrsinger78 said, I will not stress over it (at least not today :D), lol. Today I am off to distract myself at the F&W festival at Epcot. Who knows, I might arrive home to a great surprise, if not then at least I know she will be here sometime next week. Oct.1 is almost here! Can't wait!! Have a blessed day everyone! :)
 
So I checked my order and it looks like it has finally been shipped and I received a tracking number, I ordered both the bluray and the doll and received the same tracking number. Maybe it is because I am overseas so to save on the shipping they just bundled it into one?

Also when do we get the discount voucher for having preordered the bluray? Was hoping to use that to buy more Frozen merch! LOL

I just got my Ariel delivered!
I was nervous opening it because there was a dent/hole in the shipper box...but it ended up okay.

I took off the outer sleeve and then took off the clear plastic covering (which I have NEVER done..too scared of messing it up!) but I had to fix her tail as one of the scales was flipped up the wrong way. The only problem from the dent was that the clear plastic was bent inward..but it was fixed just from taking it off and replacing it.

I felt through the tail and it would appear that there are legs under there. But, I did not fully debox her.

Happy she finally got here :)

Wonderful pics, thanks for sharing! I am so bummed that I have to wait until Oct 2nd. If I am able to get Ursula and Eric online the wait will take so long! My designer Jasmine from nearly 2 weeks ago is coming today, but she's like old news already. Sometimes living on the west coast is a bummer!
 
She's here!!! Just got it from UPS! She's in excellent condition and so was her packaging. She's #4214. Can't wait for October 1st but till then, I'm celebrating!!! :)

She's absolutely stunning from all the pic I've seen...congrats to all those that have received her already...mines supposed to be here Tuesday...I can't wait for her to get here :-)
 
Got my Ariel this morning! She is so so so beautiful! There are definitely legs under her tail. I actually wonder if they will discolor over time with the green material coming into direct contact with them. Green is notorious for "bleeding". As I don't plan on deboxing her, I will never know!!! disneykid85 - I don't exactly recall my # but it was in the low 1000. I have always wondered how they distributed them... if the # had anything to do with location or purchase time. When did you order Ariel? I got her minutes after she was available online.

I got mine minutes after she was available online too. I also wonder how the edition # distribution works.
 
I'm pretty sure it is random.

All of your photos of Ariel are so beautiful! I can't wait to get my doll! She really is one of the best 17 dolls.
