For those that ordered the complete set of 5 Fairytale Designer Dolls from Disney Store - what # did you get?

My dolls are all numbered #14 except for Snow White #4510

Did anybody get all matching #'s from I have read sounds like everyone's Snow White doesn't match up # wise
 
All of mine are 161 except for Snow who is 4657. You got such a low number! Lucky you!

I dont believe anyone got a Snow with the same edition size as the rest as there was an issue with that wherein we believe that they forgot about the preorders during the Snow release and as a result shipped out all these Snows forgetting to keep several aside for the preorders.
 
Mine arrived today (D23 Expo pre-order) and all were #470 except for Snow White (#4966). At least they included the Gift Bags this time - they were missing from my Villains pre-order :(

Although it wasn't announced at the Expo, if you did the pre-order there the Lithograph set was a Gift with Purchase (free)! They did the same thing at the 2011 Expo but the Cast Members announced it while we were in line - only reason I got the Designer Princess set...I really wanted the Lithograph set :D
 
I received Carton #00032, which is dolls #0036/6000 for Ariel & Eric, Rapunzel & Flynn, Belle & Beast, and Jasmine & Aladdin. My Snow White & The Prince are #4532/6000. On the plus side, the cases are all undamaged and the dolls look to be in good condition. Reposing, photographing, and future posts to come! :)
 
mine are all edition 212/6000 and snow 4708/6000
golden snow is 3??/600 if anybody that has my numbers willing to trade let me know!
 
I got 70 for everyone but snow white (#4566). We called and got a $10 gift card :/ Apparently some customers didn't receive their bags in their order so they were receiving complaints about that as well.


Soooooo...who's got my #70 snow white and wants to give it up? :x: lol
 
Okay! cool...I thought it was weird that my snow white was off compared to my other dolls..ah! haha my boyfriend is upset about it and wants me to contact disney (i think he secretly loves the dolls as much as I do) haha!

Does anyone know why the snow white is different?
 
I e-mailed them last night about it. I got this response:
"I’m truly very sorry to hear the COA's are not the same for each couple within the set. This opportunity was unfortunately a manufacturer error and as the sets are limited edition and now sold out, we are unable to send replacements. Again, I’m so very sorry for any disappointment or frustration this may have caused."

So, yeah, it's pretty much an admission that the factory messed up and no one checked on it before the dolls started to be individually released. Btw, that CS rep did not offer any sort of compensation for this error...

I had to speak to 3 different people before they offered a 10 dollar gift card...you've got to keep pushing.
 
My set is #247 except Snow being #4743 and my gold snow is #254 which is sooo close to my others :-)
 
Wow, people have low #s. I got #493 and Snow White is #4986? I forgot. LOL.

But who has Snow White #493?! ^_^

Sadly, it appears that the DFDC Snow White & The Prince dolls that should have been part of our pre-orders were instead dispersed and sold either at the retail stores or online when they became available for purchase in August. The mix up appears to have happened at the factory and as such no one verified if complete CoA sets were being reserved in the cartons for the pre-orders. :(

I wonder if I posted on FB if anyone with Snow White #493 would come forward? And then how much would it be?!

EDIT: Sis called and all she got was a $5 gift card.

Sadly, I imagine that whoever has the DFDC Snow White & The Prince dolls that our pre-order sets were supposed to have would gauge us on trying to get them, because we are looking for that one specific set to complete our collection... :( That said, I wonder if anyone would be lucky enough to find their match?

As for DS customer service, I think the more gift cards that they issue, the less the amount seems to become: almost to the point that it really is not worth the trouble.
