Bike for Ida

Hi! I don't know how many of y'all are like me and generally stay in this part of the forum. I just happened upon a thread during a moment of extreme boredom and found a touching post.

A bunch of folks are working on a fundraiser for a very expensive bike for Snoffsan's special needs daughter. Most of the organizers are all about the pins but I'm working on broadening that and including this group too. Not 100% sure how its going to work yet but I've volunteered to head this part up.

So, I'm thinking dolls, plushies, lanyards, display boards, snowglobes, mugs, etc. Maybe you have something in your stash you'd like to contribute.

Hi y'all. I'm in charge of non-pin donations! So, if you have anything disney, or even anything our members might like. i know a number of the people in the "other collectibles" section collect a variety of things.

Ideas: dolls, vinylmation, plushies, lithographs, figurines, snowglobes, etc.

If you have something to donate please send me the item name, a picture if possible (I'll pm you my email address), and if you are willing to ship yourself (out of your pocket) and if you have shipping restrictions. (i.e. US only)

My thought is to have an auction (in a new thread) , each item will be posted for 48 hours, I'll start a new item (or two depending on donations) at 7am central time and 7 pm but I'm totally open to ideas if y'all have them.

I'm so crazy excited to do this for Ida. I haven't done "Christmas" for at least three years and I was shopping for a tree today. nothing like helping a babe to get you in the spirit!!

I love that you are making a one of a kind art piece for the auction!! There's just so much heart going into this for Ida! I can' wait to see what you come up with!

I have 4 lithographs (Snow White, Pocahontas, Hunchback, and the lion king) along with some bradford exchange plates that I would like to auction off or whatever to help get some money. I can get you some pictures soon

I want to donate something for this too! I dont have much pins but I will donate a pair of custom made fingerless mittens themed to a character of choise. Its easier to make a character with strong theme colors but I will try to make what ever you want.

Holy smokes those are so awesome!! I LOVE them! I wish it were cold enough in Texas to warrant me needing a pair.

Update

Just an update-I haven't forgotten the non-pin sales/donations. I'm just working out the details with the mods on how best to proceed.

If you get antsy pants feel free to pm me and please include the following information

• What you are donating
• Links to pictures or I'll PM you my personal email and I can upload them
• What YOU feel the item is worth, especially for handmade items.
• If you are willing to include free shipping
• Are you willing to ship internationally
