I really hadn't thought about it like that. I guess its a win/loose situation no matter how you look at it, as people are going to have advantages and disadvantages either way.

After it had sold out, I got it in my basket and made it all the way through the checkout process at first. But once I got to the area where the Disney Store processes your payment, it took me back to the checkout screen and said ERROR with a bunch of code and such. So I think its safe to say that this is completely sold out as of now even if its still on the Disney Store's website for most of the day.

Oh, that's good! It's weird because I hadn't bumped into anyone that got one and it seemed to go fast.

I also wonder what the LE size is. Because USA says it's an LE 500, but European sites say LE250. So I wonder whether it's just 500 or maybe 750.
 
I've gotten it into my cart twice in the last half hour only to have them remove it by the time i click checkout.

I'm just glad I don't love love it.

I noticed the same thing. My gut says it is LE500 with 250 here and 250 over there. I seriously doubt they made 750.
 
Ah yeah, that's possible too. I would be pleasantly surprised, though, because they don't often split an edition size equally between USA and Europe. I guess we'll only be able to tell when people actually get the pin haha.
 
The site always updates around midnight, though it often takes time for links to go live on the main page, during which scalpers tend to buy the majority. That seems to be the case here since I'm not seeing a lot of people saying they got her.

Around 12:30 a.m., it still showed as "available" but when I went to place it in the cart it gave me the error message of "sorry you are trying to place an item in the cart which is sold out" (or something like that.) I'm waiting for shipment notification for one I ordered earlier this morning, I wonder how long that takes.

Not to discourage you but European release with shipping is looking at $100+. Their prices start out $10-25 more than ours and that's before the cost of shipping.

30 pounds is $51 right now, assuming UK doesn't up the price from previously announced price. I think euro cost is 40 euros so $54. All without shipping
