I checked my order status online and it says Active so will just have to wait and see if get a shipping confirmation. My order went all the way through without ever bouncing back and saying Sold Out. They still may be doing a few cancellations here/there.

Thanks so much for posting pics of him!! He looks MUCH better in these photos and dare I say, he's a cutie lol I'm so going to try for him tonight i skipped Prince eric because I didn't like how he looked in pics or in person but Phillip looks great!

Thank you for the pictures! He looks great! Originially I was appalled at his face but those pictures are waaaaay nicer than the promo ones. Why Disney isn't taking great promo pictures is beyond me; I nearly wasn't going to buy him because of the awful pictures, but now I will!

I am glad that the pictures helped in making the decision! I hope everyone who wanted them were successful. They are soooooo pretty <3 Phillip is so handsome <3

Look into the tracking details on the UPS site - I just got my blue Aurora blast off email too and was wondering why there wasn't one for Maleficent. Even though each doll was a separate order, when I clicked the tracking link in the email the UPS site said there were two packages (with two separate tracking numbers and two different weights). So even if they were ordered separately it looks like Disney is grouping the dolls together.

Do you mind taking the following pictures:
Both Auroras but with their front covers switched. So Pink Aurora would have the box cover with the blue accents and Blue would have the pink one. Interested in seeing how they'll look.
Swapping the covers for Phillip and Maleficent too.

I love your Aurora chatting with Rapunzel picture as much as the two Aruras talking pic. I also like the Curse fullfilled pic (Aurora lying on the floor). That one seems to be a quite popular photo. No wonder, it's perfect!

I've just been in the cardiff store and they have 6 blue aurora, 10 maleficent and 6 princes. They also had a few cinderella and tianna couples left

I went to Disneyland Paris with my Maleficent doll. I got her in the Champs Elysées store (on 7th October, they had 47 Maleficent, 47 Phillip and 47 Aurora blue, 30 Cinderella and Prince Charming, 20 Aurora pink). I took Aurora pink and blue, Maleficent, Cinderella/Charming.

After sending yet another email today, to check up on what was happening as I asked for the tracking number, they told me they were going to send me a replacement. My status is back to active with the replacement doll listed, but it hasn't shipped yet

About my missing pink Aurora. Decided to call again and after multiple holds got no sensible answer from the lady. It was just the same old as the email responses so I asked for a manager. They said there is investigation still underway (again 24-48 hours, yay!) and promised replacement doll if there is no resolution this time. Took 32 minutes and a lot of persuading. They also promised to send an email about it because I told them they never got back to me after all those emails I sent before.


fauna, this photo is absolutely stunning! I love it so much! I'm going to Disneyland Paris next week too, I cannot wait as it's my first time to a Disney park! Truly a dream come true for me

I'm international and haven't received shipment emails for either pink aurora or blue/maleficent/phillip. I'm hoping they're just so busy in the warehouse that they haven't shipped them yet. According to the phone calls I've made, that's what they reckon has happened.

Im from the UK and haven't had shipping confirmation for blue Aurora either but my order still says active and no matter what I order I never get a shipping confirmation until day before the item arrives lol. I'm just hoping they are busy and haven't lost it lol

As for Malificent, I've just noticed that her neck totally differs from the promo pic......
