So I received the shipment confirmation email for my DFDC Cinderella set last night, but I still haven't received the shipment confirmation for Blue Aurora. I ordered Blue Aurora first in a separate order, but I guess Disney doesn't necessarily ship things according to time stamp.

Has anyone else's Blue Aurora not shipped yet? Just want to make sure I'm not the only one. :)
 
Look into the tracking details on the UPS site - I just got my blue Aurora blast off email too and was wondering why there wasn't one for Maleficent. Even though each doll was a separate order, when I clicked the tracking link in the email the UPS site said there were two packages (with two separate tracking numbers and two different weights). So even if they were ordered separately it looks like Disney is grouping the dolls together.

just received a blast email as well regarding my cindy/prince charming order that i placed after i placed aurora & mal/prince phillip...order history shows closed for the designer fairy tale but still active for the others...i looked at the tracking # but didn't say how many, however weight shows over 5lbs. hopeful that they are combining orders.

Have you tried checking the amount of packages when looking at the tracker.? I also ordered Cinderella and then Maleficent in seperate orders. I also got the shipping confirmation for Cinderella, but none for Maleficent. Looking at the tracking for Cinderella it says two packages - first I thought it was the designer bag, but each package weight is consistent with the weight for a designer doll and a 17" doll (5.6 lbs and 4.8 lbs).
I am not sure if this is the case, but we have seen proof that disney are often late when it comes to shipping confirmation.
 
~Beautiful photos!!!! ^^^ I bought the exact items you did in one purchase and had the opposite occur. My Blue Aurora has a blast off email (still waiting for pick up tho) but no word on Cinderella. Thought it was odd, but just trying remain calm and patient . Hope it all works out for everyone! Aloha :stitch:

I just checked and this shipment only contains one package that is 5.6 lbs. ...so I am assuming it is just the Cinderella set.

It's so strange how different every order is! Some people have received just their Cinderella shipment emails, some have received just Blue Aurora, and your order has both together! I have been ordering from the Disney Store website since 2009 and I still don't understand how they do things LOL.

Also to add to the anxiety...I was reading on a Facebook page that some people (I believe international) had ordered Blue Aurora and instead received Prince Phillip!
 
Is anyone from the UK still waiting for their dolls to be dispatched? I just read on Facebook that some people have received prince Philip instead of blue Aurora! :(

(facepalm) Oi. I don't know what is going on with Disney these days. I may just have to get in touch with my friend, a Cast Member down in Disney World, to see if he knows what's what.
 
Even more comments coming through that Aurora dolls are being despatched and turning up as Prince Philip dolls. Disney have assured those affected that they 'have the dolls and will be sorting it'. I have seen a couple of people saying they ordered Pink and got Blue etc. Might end up with a situation where people keep dolls that they didn't order :sigh:. Feeling for those people as that is one huge mess.

My Maleficent came today and she was thankfully the correct doll and not squashed during shipping, hooray for small miracles.
 
I will do:) Hopefully I will get the right doll haha and I wont forget it either! My hand was so shaking trying to order her! Disney don't half no how to cause stress & panic lol

Glad Maleficent arrived safely, how amazing is she!

I ordered Maleficent and Prince Phillip and I have been keeping up with this thread everyday since. All these issues people are having with them not shipping yet or them showing up damaged or the completely wrong doll, are these all issues in the US or overseas? All these comments are scaring me so much haha

I think it's both overseas and here in the US.
 
Seriously, at this point, I don't see how the Disney Store could get any worse. I don't know what's going on or who they have working there, but it has gone beyond ridiculous.
 
My dolls still haven't shipped (US resident). I was one of the lucky ones that got all dolls. I'm 37 and this is the first time in my life I was actually able to get Disney LE dolls. I felt like won the lotto, and I've been on pins and needles thinking it was all a mistake and my orders won't get to me.

I finally contacted cs today to see if they could tell me why the dolls haven't shipped. I was told my order hadn't shipped because I also ordered the 12" Elsa doll and it'll take 10 days for that item to ship so it's holding up all my other items. I placed four separate orders not expecting to get all the dolls. Each time I got one in my cart I hightailed it out of there thinking I'd be lucky to get it through the order process. My hands were actually shaking trying to check out each time. I've honestly never experienced anything like this and feel a bit silly, but it was worth it if I get the dolls. Now, though, I'm still torn up over this. I sent another email to cs since none of the orders shipped as I think they should given the amount of money spent. I haven't heard back yet. I guess they only plan on doing one shipment. If I had any idea the other items I ordered would hold ALL the LE dolls up, no way would have placed the order at the same time. They'd been in my cart for few days. I'd like to tell cs to cancel 12" Elsa, but I'm scared to alter the order thinking they'll mess it up and I won't get any of the LE dolls. I'm wondering if this might the same issue other people are having with orders that haven't shipped yet. Never again will I order anything else an LE doll.
 
OMG. I am so worried right now!

I ordered a pink aurora and a maleficent from the UK. I'm going to be using a forwarding service, so I have no idea if they sent me the right ones since my sister is receiving most likely next week. WTH disney!!!!

I ordered the LE Aurora only and she hasn't shipped.
 
It seems like most "17 dolls from the US store haven't shipped, yet, so I don't think people should panic just, yet. It's only been 2 days and to be honest, Disney is probably pretty busy with sorting out the mess with the missing pink Aurora dolls and the regular orders. As long as the order remains active, it should be fine. I only got a shipping notice of my Pink Aurora two days before she arrived on my doorstep in Denmark - meaning they shipped her before giving me any notice.
It's when they start closing orders and tracking going missing we should worry.
 
My Cindy has not shipped yet. Just contact the guest service, and they said my Cindy is processing for shipment. Hope it could be shipped sooner...
 
You all need to keep in mind they are processing 15,000+ orders for all of the limited edition dolls as well as on top of any other orders received. Just be patient as long as your order isn't cancelled everything is good.
 
My boyfriend's Maleficent and Blue Aurora shipped today (US) and according to UPS My Choice, my Phillip has begun the shipping label process (US).

I'm not sure if UPS My Choice works internationally, but for those in the US you may want to try that. You can set alerts in your account preferences that notify you anytime UPS is requested to create a shipping label, which usually always happens prior to when any merchant sends you a confirmation of shipment email. I've yet to receive my Phillip Blast Off email, but UPS already emailed me that Disney has requested the shipping label.
