DisneyStore Limited Edition 17" Dolls Discussion
Ok. So this is my theory:
Due to the problems that people have had with pink aurora. Damaged boxes... Do you think that disney might be trying to prevent these problems before they ship out the blue auroras?
Ok... So here's my reason why disney is one of the worst companies when it comes to their customers and customer service.
In light of all that has happened with the limited edition dolls, disney should immediately post an apologetic response explaining what's going on and assuring people that everything will be ok or at least giving a positive outlook.
Crafting such a message will only take a few hours, if not one and it can save them a butt load of angry customer calls. Further more, it'll also show that the company is listening to their customers and acknowledges their pain and worry and wants to rectify this problem.
Instead of telling consumers that the warehouse is causing these problems, they should give everyone who's orders are still problematic a $10 gift card and a assure them that a replacement has been put on hold for them. If no replacement, then offer them first dibs on the next LE doll.
Things like this will help consumers regain their trust of the their Disneystore.... But what do I know, I'm only a student studying business administration in college.
I got a blast off email for Blue Aurora and Phillip, but not Maleficent, which I bought at the same time. Also none for Pink Aurora. Hmmm....
Is your pink Aurora the orignal one or a replacement one? I am waiting for the blast off for the replacement one. They changed it from standard shipping to 2-3 day shipping but no movement on it yet. They said they would make a replacement on Friday, status still says active though.
I called in and the lady told me that my Aurora was 'in the final stages' before shipping. What does that mean exactly? Is it a line of placating nonsense or can I expect the blast off email soon?
My blue Aurora shipped today! Too bad I leave for a 2 week trip on Tuesday. :| Ah, well. Someone should be home to sign for it at least.
UPS doesn't require a signature for the package.
You guys are lucky. My ups guy just throws my package on my door step ( I live in an apartment complex) and just walks away, he doesn't even knock.
There are times when I come back at midnight and I see packages that have been sitting out all day.
