So yesterday I was at Disneyland and saw this older man with a huge collection of pins on his vest and I thought it was just the coolest thing ever! Says he's been collecting for only 5 year and has many more at home

If it's the same man I'm thinking of, I've seen him around a few times. I smile when I see his vest - it must be heavy, though! I don't think I'd have the courage to wear one around, just because I get paranoid that I'll lose a pin from a single lanyard right in front of my face, let alone an entire vest with pins on the back as well.

Very cool ... but image how much that thing must weigh!! And it'd be hot too ... wow!! Maybe he uses the locking pin backs to hold all those pins on?? Very cool to see soooo many pins all at once!! :)

I hope he secures that sucker down on the Tower of Terror. Don't want that flapping up in the face!

My partner wears a similar vest.
She hand made/designed the vest, lined it and has her Jessica pins on the front.
She avoids the back as of now out of concern when on attractions.
So far she hasn't run out of room, but she hasn't even been collecting for a year yet so I am sure she will get there.

Love the different way people display their pins :)

When I took a closer look at this guy I was surprised to find that he had groups of pins all together so like all of the Alice pins together, all of the stitch pins together, and all of the nightmare before Christmas ones together I thought that was pretty cool
