As much as I am excited for the Frozen Fever dolls and even the designer ones, I hope this is the last Frozen set we see in a very long time. Maybe even the last we see FOREVER. Despite the continual onslaught of everything Frozen, I am still a fan, but enough is enough.
 
I like all the frozen dolls except the greasy faced Anna. Purple Elsa was meh, but the shiny Anna looked greasy, and her freckles look like blackheads with that shine. Not a pretty picture!

Completely and totally agree! This year's March Elsa is tolerable but I really don't like greasy Anna. I like her clothes but her hair and face just ruin it for me. She stands out like a sore thumb.

Frozen Fever Anna looks beautiful though!

Hans is the only other frozen doll I'd be okay with... Other than that I would be fine with never having another frozen ever again... (Unless frozen 2 brings really amazing outfits)...

but seriously id really like to see more outfits of previously released characters like town outfit belle, Ariel in literally any other outfit, briar rose... And also characters never released... Mulan, Pocahontas, Mary Poppins, etc...

id kill for a blue dress Tiana and/or a Charlotte la bouff

I like greasy Anna's clothes, they seem very pretty and all, but having both tinsel and grease shine ruins it for me. For these dolls it has to be either/or for the shine or tinsel, never both! I was thinking about if I should get Frozen Fever Anna over Elsa, but the only thing I don't like is that Anna is basically hovering on her stand, if she had a long dress to cover it that would be great, but since I debox my dolls having a wobbly Anna is not something I would want; only if they run out of Elsa then I would get her.

I just loved this two new dolls...and I think they could have pass on the March ones (I didn't get them, though).
I just want an Hans LE now, and ...no more Frozen dolls before Frozen 2 >_<
 
Im starting to think we wont get a 17" Hans . For the number of frozen dolls we have now they really could at least cover each character. and a snow gear Kristoff would be nice too. Im so happy for the Aladdin dolls its always a wonderful feeling to get new characters in the 17" form. But I really am frozened out. still I dk if I said it before but I do love the fever dolls details.
 
Yuck, D23 sounds like it was horrible.

Well, the only thing I really would have wanted would have been the Hans/Elsa set, so even ebay would have been cheaper than that sorceror thing lol.

I'm already so stressed about the FF dolls. O_O So gorgeous, especially Elsa. :< I guess they're hitting online and stores on the same day? Like, try at midnight and then head down to Modesto if I fail? Stupid scalpers. I want the damn dolls to keep.

Aww, I like the March Anna. The shiny doesn't bother me.
 
I didn't realise they upped the cost for the sorcerers tickets by $500 in one year! I said to my husband the other day I'd love to go to D23 but this thread has seriously given me second thoughts!

So so happy some of you were able to get the dolls/merch you wanted.

I really love the photos of all the frozen dolls together and agree it's crazy to think how much Disney has invested into the 17" Frosen dolls. I too am crossing my fingers that these are the last ones.
 
My Ariel came in today & she's so gorgeous. I wasn't a huge fan of her tail but it is sooooo pretty in person. I'm absolutely in love with her... Cinderella is still my favorite, but Ariel is definitely next.

The Ballgown LA Cinderella is one of my favourite dolls love her outfit and the design of the box is amazing but a few things bother me with her. Mainly the face, I feel the sculpt is good as I love the face of the wedding Ella but the shiny skin and the way the lips are painted make the ball gown face not look as nice.
I plan on re painting the dolls lips to give a softer expression and remove the shine, this should make her face look more like the wedding Ella. So my question is, will accetone remove the shine?

Only a few things bothered me about le Cinderella. Her was too long, her sleeves looked too poofy and weird, and I wish they used a flowy material for the top layer of the dress and an iridescent under layer with at least a few layers with ruffles. Although I still like the skirt, I wish it was more accurate, but I can overlook it. I already fixed her sleeves, and one more thing I don't like much is how the shine makes her look grumpy in certain lightings, and it makes her nose look bigger
 
I will use accetone then, I don't want to remove all the shine, shine on top of the cheekbones etc will stay to act as a highlighter but shine everywhere else needs to go lol. I have cut her hair it just needs re curling to accurate. Can I ask what you did to fix the sleeves?
While she isn't perfect removing the shine and restyling the hair can make this doll look stunning wereas the animated Cinderella to me is a no hope unless you completely re rooted the doll and repainted it lol
 
In thinking of reworking her paint a little. I'm going to practice eyebrows and lips on another Cinderella doll and if I can get good enough I'll try it on the LE.

As for the merch, I can admit I have a problem. But it's still under control. Mostly :D
 
To fix the sleeves on my Cinderella I just stitched one loop on each of the sleeves. It helps it look more consistent with the rest of the fabric.

So the person I had going to get me my Elsa and Anna FF dolls on the 3rd can't anymore. I've never ordered an LE doll online before - is it impossible to do? I'm kind of nervous about doing it. Should I order Anna and Elsa together? Will people post links here or should I watch the FB pages?
I just really want to make sure I at LEAST get Elsa. I've saved up for her and don't want to go to re-sellers...
So I'm just kind of nervous. I'd take off to go get her in person - but I can't do that with my job.
Any and all advice is appreciated!

I would order them separately. When I ordered the November 2013 set, I ordered them together and they shipped, allegedly under the same tracking number. Halfway through the shipment (while it was still en route to me), I started calling asking where the second tracking number was. It was a massive headache with Disney insisting that both dolls shipped in one box for under 5 pounds and saying I had to wait until the doll was delivered before they could do anything. So, go for the one you think will sell out first (Elsa) and then go back and buy the second doll so there are two separate order numbers.
 
Yeah for the March dolls I ordered the one I wanted more first and then ordered the other one. Came the same day with no issues, and no worries about one selling out and messing up the checkout.
