The Disney Fairytale Designer Collection Limited Edition Pin Set is UP on DS.

It looks like it is SOLD OUT. But the ADD to CART Button is still there.

So was anyone successfully able to get this set via disneystore.com or has it always shown sold out? I would imagine it sold some sets?

I got it last night. It only lasted about 3-5 min after some people found the link. To be fair, there was probably only 100-250 available to us online since they sold most of them at D23.

Uggg. I would love to know how some people found the link. The site did not refresh for me and nothing showed up until about 12:45PST/3:45 EST. I saw few folks posting links for other merch, but I missed the pin. More importantly, I saw someone say the site was refreshed around 12:15/3:15 and nothing was moving on my end.
 
Since this was sold at d23, people could find out what the UPC was. It was posted on Facebook and if you looked at eBay listings, some sellers were kind enough to post pictures of the back of the box with the UPC.

Argh! XD Just my luck, I fell down the stairs 2 days ago and my sleep has taken a huge hit. Oh well c'est la vie! Hope others had better luck than myself :)

Unfortunately not on the UK site I think, said sold out as soon as I got on. :( Oh well, "that's just the way the cookie crumbles" as my old teacher used to say. XD
 
So if they are LE1000, those who got the set are you considering them as any other LE 1000? Or are they going to trade differently? Would you consider at PTD LE 300 more desirable than the LE 1000. Just asking.

Because of the size and design, I would think that these are more desirable than say most PTDs LE 300. Given the amount of people wanting these vs. getting them and their resale price on Ebay (even with the market being flooded right now), they will not go for much less than the following:
Peter/Hook $40
TLM $70
Snow white $60
Helsa $70
Rapunzel/Gothel $60

I can only imagine these will become more desirable over the years as these pins settle in permanent collections.
 
With ptds youre taking a chance, just because the le size is smaller does not mean that the value equates out to being more, although I was able to trade a blt ptd for a hook designer, i feel that this is because (as most people have said) the market has a large influx of them right now and will be sometime before the value goes up. So I would try and grab some now, as a future investment for sure :D
