successful day today! very happy! They all look great and Im so excited that they weren't frozen dolls!!!!!! Yesss!!!!!! Finally some other characters to add to my group! but with that said one more release day and then peace until next year! congrats all!

I had an epic, easy, time killing experience today! I knew I had to prepare for this day so well the minute I saw the beautiful Aladdin dolls at D23 Expo in person. Usually my reports are pretty lengthy but this time it was fast, easy, & met an awesome doll collector in line. We both pretty much had an epic conversation cause she too was also at D23 Expo & I had no idea a fellow Canadian (yet alone a Calgarian) & tried out to get the Red Slave Jasmine doll too. Unfortunately she was one of the people that was close but missed it by 20 people =\ but we both had a great conversation of how our first time D23 Expo Experience went & the amount of "cons" to it. Anyways, my store had 6 Jafars & 9 Aladdins & of course, I was the first one at my local store location. It seemed everybody came right when the store opened cause there was only 4 of us waiting till the store opened. Overall, this was a very pleasant release especially these will be the gems to my ultimate Aladdin collection. & these are pics I took before I cried like a little baby while watching my favorite movie of all time.

I always love hearing these stories about everyone's in-store experience (when they are good experiences of course). I sadly couldn't go to mine today, but I am all ready to to for tonight's online release. I had a long debate with myself about if I was going to get Jafar or Aladdin, and im still not 100% sure on what I am going to do, but for now I think I am going to go for Aladdin tonight. I want to own all three dolls eventually anyways, so I can just get Jasmine and Jafar later on. Now to just fill in the time getting college work done and watching my Aladdin blu-ray :roll:
 
I very much want wedding set. If anyone has the product code for the US site I would want it please please please. this set means a lot to me, aladdin is my favorite film. I will send you a gift in return :) I know they say it isn't coming out but i hope someone is wrong about this and it is real and someone has the code.
 
Does US have a shot at purchasing the wedding set? I keep hearing European members mention that it was a Harrod's and European exclusive.
 
I'm thinking nowadays we have to lower our expectations of what the dolls are going to look like since lately we're getting disappointed with these recent releases. It's such a shame since Disney used to make high quality dolls for 100$

So nervous. Hands are shaking, breaking a sweat, heart racing... wish i was exaggerating lol. I really hope I can get this wedding set, it will be the death of me!
 
Was able to get my Jafar and Aladdin dolls at my store but it was definitely a VERY stressful day, many things happened that I was not expecting but at the end it all worked out. But most important my family and I had a good time hanging out and enjoyed some other stores as well :)

It seems a lot of orders have been canceled from the german disney store.

especially the Jasmine LE and the Rapunzel set.

I think a lot of those people paid by paypal from what I read so that may be a problem! so be aware
