The side that's got the bump is up on the second one I got, as it's not visible. The first one has the bump down where you can see it on the back of the elbow.

...Well now I have to contact the Disney store and sort things out about their crazy shipping. I just don't even. What. I. How do you even manage this, Disney?

So I go up front after spending the day in bet not feeling well, and what's by the door?

A box. A big box. A LE-sized box. Uh.

It says Elsa on it, that can't be right, I got her yesterday.

I open it up. It's... Another Elsa. I. What. (The sad thing is this one has a big problem with her plastic, too, a horizontal scratch that looks like someone messed up cutting open a package. Derrrp.)

Obviously not keeping her, that'd be stealing, though she's lovely. Much stronger nose blush than either of the other two, they both match the small amount FF Anna and March Elsa/Anna have that looks more like shading, and she actually looks sick lol.

Welp time to make phone calls in the morning. I just... I can't even right now.

tl;dr: Disney messed up, I have three Elsas at the moment. ;

Elsa you're supposed to sneeze snowgies, not copies of yourself. (...Now I just hope I don't get a fourth. The initial tracking on Elsa was wonky as heck and had three different departure scans and this box today has the same tracking number... X_x; )

Haven't decided on the deboxing yet.

It appears to be spontaneous, the address and name and information on the box are all mine and my tracking number when I checked it just now shows all of the second batch of tracking events when this one hit South San Francisco yesterday afternoon until the delivery which was apparently this morning. ;

The initial tracking was really weird and someone somewhere must have gotten confused at some point. Either my label printed twice on accident or they thought they hadn't shipped mine and reprinted it, I guess? Anna's tracking looks like a normal package, Elsa's looks like this:

That is weird, hopefully it will be easy to return it. Anyways, you should consider deboxing the second Elsa. It will save space, and she looks so stunning out of the box.

So I received my second FF Elsa and she has some issues, her sideburns or the short part of her hair by her ears are fluffy and messy, she also has the forehead freckle (which I will probably remove) she is not posed as well in her box as the first one I received, her cape looks messy, and the curl at the end of her braid is a bit messy too. She will probably be the one I de-box.

Yeah the prices in europe are so much higher and the custom fees from US are crazy expensive here in the Milano Store FF Elsa and Anna were only 4 pieces per Doll and at 6:30 in the morning they were already sold out! I was lucky to get them at 9:02am at the ds online, they said that at 9:04am they were already sold out!
