Paris Pin Trading Night

Hi!

I had a question about the Paris PTNs. Is it always the 4th Friday of every month, or always the LAST Friday of every month?

Might be there in March (like, currently sitting at 75% likely), and March has 5 Fridays this year.

Also, any other tips are appreciated. I would take a bag or two, so popular characters or types of pins that traders are looking for would help. I've heard that HKDL/Japan stuff is popular, so I'll take most of my HKDL mystery pins.

Also, someone at a WDW PTN was telling me about their experience, and said there was some kind of jumbo-for-jumbo trading with cast? Is that event only, or at every PTN? What kind of jumbos do they take?

I *think* it's always the fourth Friday yes. The Paris flyer for the month's releases airways has the date on I believe so you should know at the very beginning of March. I'm there this month so I can ask around and check the date for March - I'd imagine they'd know now when it is so I'll keep you updated.

Gosh, I hope it isn't...I hope it's the last Friday instead. The 4th Friday would put it out of reach- we'd have to kill too many days to stay for it. I hope I can get a clear answer soon. We're booking this month, so I can't wait for the flyer...stupid March, having 5 weekends...grumble grumble.

So I've done a bit of research... And I might have some good news

I looked back through all of last year's months and flyers, worked out which month's had five weekends in them. One of those months was June and the flyer for June has the PTN on the 5th Friday so you may be lucky for March!

It will be my first PTN this month. But i checked all the 2018 poster and your right about the last friday of the month. All the posters are available here Pin Trading : archive affiches 2018

I saw the jumbo animation at the PTE : it's organised by cast members so i believe it's based on a fair trade.

The advice i've been given a lot is to be very carefull of theft. PTN are free event and someone lost his whole suitcase of pin. Be really carefull.

EDIT: the jumbo animation isn't for PTN
