as far as I know, there is no completer for this set, no idea why. i mean, if there were, wouldn't SOMEONE have found it by now? I haven't seen one...
 
I heard it was the mayor, but it was purely rumor. Not a single person at DLR got one and I have yet to see one. So my guess is that it never came out. Don't know why.
 
yeah, I hear from some it's the mayor and others say its oogie boogie. But still no one has seen it. I'm guessing from what you all have said it really doesn't exsist. Boo!
