Does anyone know when the 2012 Hidden Mickey Pins will start coming out in the parks?

I am going in January and would love to start trading for them. I know Disney has waited for events in the past to release them.

All thoughts welcome! :drool: Thanks.
 
At DLR they were out at the beginning of March this past year. WDW pins were out sooner. But not sure when.
 
Same camp as you...We're out of state, and love to come in Jan, but want to see the 2012s...Here's a little info that might help:

In 2011, the wave 1 pins came out on Friday, Jan 28th...we were in the parks that week, and it was our last day...had to extend the trip for a day, which we spent in DTD/WoD to get them all finished.

Stephen Miller's blog had announced their impending arrival on Jan 20th...so not a ton of notice to plan around...basically, we got lucky!

In 2012, there's a PTN scheduled for Jan 27th at the Contemporary...My money's on a similarly timed launch this year as last...prob not before the 27th event...At least, that's how we're planning.

Last year they came out the last week in January so look for the "real ones" to hit around PTN. Last year the scrappers were out about 4-5 days before the real ones.
 
Is it just me or do the 2012 HM pins just look blah? And I think I read somewhere that DLR and WDW would have the same 2012 HM pins? Is that correct?
 
I got the Cinderella perfume bottle today from Scoop. I don't know what else is out.
 
Wow! This is exciting. Any news on new Hidden Mickeys at DLR yet?
 
I only like the princess perfumes and the astrological sets- other than that, everything looks "blah". Might pick up a Chip & Dale paint bucket though
 
I'm hoping the DLR Hidden mickeys are similar to those that they've recently released. The Alice set and the Disneyland park set (mint julep, tiki, matterhorn sign, etc.), and Casey Jr. train were great! Maybe some more Disneyland signs?
 
what if they made a hidden mickey set of Tangled and it was different characters in lanterns?....man i should be an imagineer ahaha
