Thanks to both of you! I credit Shivatopia for first pointing out the resemblance of Designer Tink, seen from behind, to the movie box cover. It make me love the doll even more.
 
Looking for guidance.......... I have been a member for over a year but I have not purchased any items from here. All I want to do is collect some designer dolls for my granddaughter. I understand I need to have over 30 posts in order to create a wanted ad.........is this correct? Either way I am hoping there are honest people looking to part with their Designer Pocahontas , villain Maleficent and tinkerbell. I would jump on the band wagon for the Frozen dolls however I don't see it happening as the price being asked is like a second mortgage. Hoping to hear from you and thanks for your time.
 
Now that the Frozen LE dolls have come out I guess the next major release other than the Aurora LE will be this year's designer dolls! Getting very excited. I just want July to get here already! LOL

I'm so happy! I wasn't sure on her when she was first released, but after I saw the film I fell in love. Can't wait to get her in the mail.

If there is and he is a surprise release then you wouldn't hear about it until late September as the dolls would be released on Oct 7. We should be getting pictures closer to the release date so it is just a matter of being patient.
 
I'm looking forward to Tiana's set and mayyyyybe Mulan's. Really, I think all the good couples came out last year. Maybe Disney will prove me wrong, though

Either way, I know I'll grab them all. Don't want to make the same mistake I did with Tink, where I had to chase her down on the secondary market after I admitted I loved her.
 
I can't wait to see how Aurora and Cinderella will look like – really hoping it won't be barbie faces (don't like those). If they both look cute I'll probably get both
And if Tiana has a nice dress I might not resist her either. But Mulan/Pocahontas are not of much interest to me....
 
I am looking very forward to the new Designer line . I really want Cinderella with Charming and Mulan with Shang so I will have my three favorite princesses as I already have the Belle and Beast designer doll. I wouldn't mind Tiana with Navine too. If I can only get one, it will probably be Mulan with Shang because she is my favorite princess .
 
Im excited to see what they will do with a Pocahontas. I hope it's like her new design with the boots and everything. I am alos excited for Cinderella and Tiana. I am hoping that they actually give them big full sized dresses.

I hope for Fairytale Designer Couples (2). Just to complete the princess line-up with the last year doll line.
My favourite charaters would be Naveen&Tiana and Charming&Cinderella.
So I think the characters are:
♦Cinderella♦
Aurora
♦Tiana♦
Mulan
Pocahontas
I'm only interested in these as they are made into pins (just like last years)
Not that I own any designer pins :facepalm:
 
If aurora is in her briar rose dress, the in definitely getting her for my sister. And maybe Pocahontas. Depends on how good of an upgrade she is compared to the classic dolls.
 
I'm most looking forward to Aurora and Phillip. I may also be interested in Pocahontas and John Smith. It will really just depend on how well done they are though. Hopefully Aurora will have a more accurate face than she has in the past.
 
No interest in Tiana, Mulan Pocahontas and those as well as Jasmine are my least favourite princess's. Looking forward to Aurora as she is my favourite but I'm more excited for the 17inch LE if that's done better than the couple set then I will skip the couples doll. Basically which ever Aurora looks better I will get but I'm assuming it will be the 17inch as the first wave of couples all looked cheap and awful IMO.

So mostly excited for Cinderella as the 17 inch and first designer doll arnt that good so hopefully we will get a accurate Cindy finally lol. I do think this years designer dolls are not as exciting as last year as apart from Cinderella and Aurora the rest are boring and the because we have known about them since last year it's not as exciting. Wish Disney did something surprising with the designers like maybe chuck in Anna/Kristoff as a surprise.
 
Looking forward to part 2 of the fairytale collection. I might end up getting them all like the last wave but I'd love to see Tiana, Aurora, Cinderella and Mulan. It depends on how well executed they are(and hopfully posed better this time!) If Aurora's in her Briar Rose attire, I'm sold!
 

Yes hopefully they will be better posed as it really hurt the first wave IMO. I thought the Rapunzel was the nicest but the pose of her and Flynn made her my least favourite. Curious to see Aurora. I hope they have in blue and the LE one in pink.

Considering the princesses of wave 1 mostly had their iconic dresses altered (apart from Ariel) I'd suppose most of them would have iconic dresses in wave 2 as well (so I think we might be hoping for the Briar Rose version without any chance). I also asked myself if there will be a princess with a different coloured dress again for the D23 store and I think Aurora is the most likeliest? A normal LE and a D23 LE, one in pink and one in blue? Though I sadly suspect the blue one would be the D23 version probably
 
Don't be sorry! Lol. I just didn't want ya to get too excited and then let down!

I still think we will see Aurora in blue for the DVD release. For the 17" LE doll. I'm hoping that the designer is in something different!
