2017 Pin Releases
Not that I'm complaining but why is the goat a WDW chaser? And Orange bird is adorable!

I'm guessing that they have made more Disneyland Specific things in this collection. So when it came time to split them they figured, "at least BTMRR is at WDW." There is a goat on the WDW version. It's just not in the right position to do the "goat trick."

DL's chasers are probably Toad and Shrunken Ned

Ugh the goat- thought I was lucky to pull the 2 regular ones I needed in 2 boxes.. now need the stupid goat but love the size & quality of the pins..

Has anyone seen any images from DLR yet ?

I'm trying to skip this mystery set but if one of the DLR chasers is Toad, I'll have to get it. Anyone know?

At least Tramp is also a slightly different post. XD

These puzzles are killing me. Such opportunity....

You mean, after they do Robin Hood and Inside Out. And of course the Sword in the Stone one where every puzzle piece is a different Wizards Duel transformation.

You stop it. You stop those dark curses right now.

...

But that wizards duel idea.... I'm into it...

I can't find an image of what the logo is used for normally. But the waiter is actually Walter. As in Walter Elias Disney, so I assume something Walt themed.

I'm pretty sure it's the railroad train. Isn't the DLR train named for Walt and the WDW train is named for Roy?

Edit: Found this:

Warning: Sort of obscure theme park trivia, ahead.

The Disneyland Railroad was originally sponsored by the Santa Fe Railroad Company, so the engines were named after executives of the railroad. The WDW engines were named after Walt, Roy, Lillian and Roger Broggie, who ran Disney's Machine Shop. Disneyland, more recently, also has the Ward Kimball, named after the animator who was a train enthusiast and "enabler" to Walt.

Neat! Do you know where the name "Walter & Co. Quality Steam Engines" comes from? Or is it something they just made up for 28th and Main?

I think they just made it up, along with many others like Toad Taxi Service. But the reference is to Walt being a big train enthusiast.

I have been watching for awhile because I like to collect the PODH pins, and this is the second month in a row they have not had one, does anyone know if that line is being phased out? It seems like they released 12 a year for the past 4-5 years, then 9 one year. (referring to disneyland specifically)

Thanks

I think it's Walter, as is Walter Elias Disney. But I can't find a matching logo on something else to compare.

Walter, of course! I'll take the shame, lol!
