wow was the line inside the store or did it go outside?I saw on Instagram that somewhere got there at 9 am? I didn’t think we would be allowed in early so that’s why we got there at 10:10 lol

At the very least, I hope they don't drop in the same set. It sucks. Haha.

And if they ARE going in order that means they skipped Mary Poppins and Aristocats. We know Black Cauldron is next. And if it's the absolute next, that means Bianca from Rescuers got skipped too. But that doesn't leave a whole lot for finishing out the set.
My best guess for the next set of 7 will be Eilonwy, Jessica Rabbit, Penny (Oliver), Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Sally
I would love to see Bianca and Olivia (from GMD)...

They're not just early movies, they're in chronological order. And I'm assuming they're trying to stick to humanoid? It looks like they're doing something with arms for everyone. But if not, Lady is def a snub. And I hadn't thought of Blue Fairy.Huh, I didn't notice until you pointed it out that these are all early movie heroines. If your theory is the case, they've also skipped Lady, the Blue Fairy, Faline, Perdita, and Katrina (she would be unlikely but they had Headless Horseman, so...), and it would also mean they are only doing Briar Rose and not Aurora in blue and/or pink dress form.
LK is '94, Nightmare is' 93. But I'd be shocked of they skipped Nala too.Nala wouldn't be in there ? We have Scar, and I am sure we would see Simba.

XDI totally didn't pick up on the release order - thank you, Professor! xD At least we have a little time to prepare for our girl (financially and mentally, lol.) I'm gonna have to start saving up for her and Esmeralda now...

But seriously, good catch on the chronology! Makes this way more interesting to speculate about. I wonder if they really are leaving room for more of the "modern" heroines who are terribly neglected ...

I'm having fun imagining what the "arm" elements will be for each character. Kida could be holding her crystal, and Jane could have her parasol or sketchbook... Some of them are pretty obvious, like Ariel (surely a dinglehopper?) but others have several options to choose from. I'm guessing Belle will have a rose or the magic mirror, but I would love it if she were reading a book. I wonder if she'll be in her peasant dress like Cindy and Aurora?
